The project is limited to independent desktop technical review of the Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) report on the SP16 pipeline failure, received from IOEC. The stages in this project were as below stage

• Independent technical desktop review of the Larkton Report
• Independent technical  desktop review  of  South  Pars  Phase16  Subsea  Pipeline Failure  Analysis  Report  by  Research  Institute  of  Petroleum  Industry  Corrosion Research Department
• Independent technical desktop review of provided IOEC documentation for SP16 pipeline including(Pipeline BOD, Material & Fabrication for 32″ Line Pipes, Welding Specification for 32″ Pipeline, Pipeline Datasheet, Sea line Profile)

This project was done and reported by PTC specialists in material, mechanical, pipeline bases with high tech knowledge.
